Communicating with advertisers and visitors

My Communications Pages allows you to use your site account to communicate with other users and advertisers on 411Law.com. Messages are stored in a table on your page for reviewing and replying. Using the software's communications system allows you to maintain your privacy from other parties.

Communications Settings allow you  to select either "public" communication or "private" communication. "Public" communication means that when an interested visitor selects the "contact advertiser" button on a listing, their message will be sent via email and the advertiser's email address will be exposed to the visitor. "Private" communication means that the visitor will return to the site to communicate with an interested visitor. Your email address is never exposed during this process.

With one click a visitor can instantly bring up a map from MapQuest showing your location. If they need printable directions to your office they only need to click on the "Directions to" link and enter their location.
