Working with Auto Repossession is very simple. We accept assignments via our website on the forms page, via fax, and via email. Once the assignment has been received in our office along with all supporting documents, we have one of our agents on the assignment with-in 4 hours.
Once the repossession has taken place, we immediately notify the lending institution that we have taken possession of the property. Immediately following the property entering our secure location, we complete a condition report. After all documentation is complete, the documents are then forwarded to the lender and the assignment is considered complete.
